About Making Reservations and Staying

Q. Is there any store near the guesthouse?
A. Yes, there is a convenience store just across the street from Fujitatami.

Q. Please let me know how much the cancellation charge is.
A. If you cancel your reservation three days prior to the date of your stay, you are required a cancellation charge of 　50%.

Q. What time can I check-out?
A. You can check-out until 10:00. You can check-out in early morning if you want.

Q. What time can I check-in?
A. Check-in begins at 15:00 and ends at 23:00. Please inform your approximate check-in time beforehand.

Q. When is the closing time?
A. It is 0:00.

About Guest Rooms

Q. Are there any bath amenities in the guesthouse?
A. We have some toiletries: bath towel, face towel, shampoo, body soap and hand blower. Also, you can buy toothbrush at the reception desk if you need. 

Q. Is there a parking lot near the guesthouse?
A. Sorry, there is not a parking lot near there.

Q. Is there a washing machine in the guesthouse?
A. No, but there is a launderette within the three-minute walk from our house. 

Q. Is there a smoking place in the guesthouse?
A. No. Smoking is prohibited everywhere inside of Fujitatami.

Q. How’s the Internet connection?
A. You can use a free wi-fi in the house.

Q. May I use credit cards for the payment?
A. Sorry, you may make a payment only by cash.

Free transportation service from Izumi-Chuo or Komyoike stations

We pick you up to Fujitatami from Izumi-Chuo station (Nankai/Semboku Kosoku line) or Komyoike station (Nankai/Semboku Kosoku line).
*To use the service, you need to make a reservation beforehand.
